The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST)

The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine (Ministry for Development) is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded under the Ukraine Recovery and Reforms Architecture (URA) on a temporary basis by donors that provide targeted temporarily technical support and assist in the design and implementation of priority reforms.
