Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization
Biography
Born on November 5, 1989 in Kyiv.
Education:
2008 – 2011 – studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, majoring in "Telecommunications".
In 2015, he received a master's degree in "Telecommunications Systems and Networks" at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
2012 – 2014 – beneficiary of an educational program at the University of Trento (Italy) in the specialty "Telecommunications". He received a master's degree in the specialty "Telecommunications Engineer".
Professional activity:
From 2015 to 2022, he worked at the startup Spaziodati SRL in the Italian city of Trento as a data processing and software development engineer.
From April 2022 to October 2022, he worked as the director of a separate unit of the foreign non-governmental organization Cesvi Fondazione Onlus.
From 2022 to 2025, he worked in the Kyiv Regional State Administration as Deputy Head for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
On January 21, 2025, by order of the Cabinet of Ministers, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
