Born on 22 March 1991 in Poltava. 

Education:

2008–2012 – Studied at Yurii Kondratiuk Poltava National Technical University, majoring in «Finance and Credit». Received a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit.

In 2013, graduated with honours from Yurii Kondratiuk Poltava National Technical University with a Master's degree in «Finance and Credit».

Speaks Ukrainian and English.

Professional experience: 

2013–2014 – worked as Assistant to the Rector for Student Affairs at Yurii Kondratiuk Poltava National Technical University.

2014 – postgraduate student at Yurii Kondratiuk Poltava National Technical University.

2016–2022 – engaged in entrepreneurial activities. 

Since February 2022, has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2023, as a member of the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade, participated in counteroffensive operations in the Zaporizhzhia sector.

In 2024, served in the Information Technology units of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, where he was involved in the development and launch of digital projects, including the «Reserve+» application.

Since July 2024, has been serving in the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine (HUR). Founded and launched the Patronage Service of the «Tymur Special Unit» of the HUR, which provides support to wounded service members as well as to the families of missing, captured, and fallen soldiers. He is also one of the architects behind the introduction of support services in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In 2025, was seconded to the Kyiv City Military Administration, where he served as Acting Deputy Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration.

In June 2026, was appointed as the Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
