Biography
Kostiantyn Kovalchuk was born on 25 November 1980 in Myronivske urban-type settlement of Debaltseve, Donetsk Oblast.

Employment history:
2002 - 2004 - Kostiantyn Kovalchuk worked as an investigator and a senior investigator at the Prosecutor's Office of the Pecherskyi District of Kyiv.
2004 - 2007 - Chief Legal Advisor at the Department of Projects for Rehabilitation and Restructuring of Enterprises of the Division for Work with Non-performing Debt of JSCB Ukrsotsbank.
2007 - 2010 - Head of the Collateral Monitoring Department of JSB Energobank.
2010 - 2016 - Head of the Collateral Monitoring Department of PJSC Ukrinbank.
2016 - 2018 - Head of Projects and Programs, Head of Logistics Department, Head of Legal Department.
February - March 2019 - Head of Legal Department at PE ‘Garant Energo M’.
March - April 2019 - Head of Vehicle Fleet of Havrylivka Poultry Complex Branch at Agromars Complex LLC.
2019 - 2020 - Deputy Director - Head of Non-Core Assets Management Division of ‘Upravlinnia Ukrgaztekhzviazok’ Branch of JSC Ukrtransgaz.

By the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03 December 2024, Kostiantyn Kovalchuk was appointed as the Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
