Biography
Oleksii Riabykin was born on 14 January 1986 in Kyiv.
2003 - 2008 - Oleksii Riabykin studied at the National Pedagogical University named after M. P. Drahomanov (Kyiv), where he obtained a degree in Law.
2010 - 2013 - Deputy Director at Logistic Systems LLC.
2013-2014 - Advising Assistant to the People's Deputy of Ukraine.
2020 - 2021 - Assistant Director at Municipal Enterprise ‘Kyivblahoustrii’ of the Kyiv City Council.
2021 - Deputy Director at Municipal Enterprise ‘Kyiv Municipal Veterinary Hospital’ of the Kyiv City Council.
2022– 2023 - Advisor to the Patronage Service of Kyiv Regional State Administration.
March 2023 - September 2024 - External Advisor to the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
By the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04 October 2024, Oleksii Riabykin was appointed as the Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
