Biography
Serhii Biletskyi was born on 8 February 1978
Education:
In 2002, he graduated from Kyiv National Linguistic University by speciality “Language and Literature (English), qualification - philologist, a teacher of English and foreign literature.
At the same time, he had extramural education at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and in 2002 he received a diploma by speciality “Mathematics”.
In 2009, he graduated from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine by speciality “Public Administration”, and in 2011, he obtained a Master’s degree in Laws by speciality “Jurisprudence” at the Academy of Labour and Social Relations of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine.
From 2009-2017, he took the postgraduate course at the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
Employment history:
Serhii Biletskyi’s employment records started in 1992.
1995-2000 - English teacher at the secondary school No. 286 of Holosiiv district, Kyiv.
His public service career started in 2002 at Holosiiv District State Administration, where he worked from 2002 to 2016, growing from a 1-category specialist to Head of the Department for Family, Youth and Sports.
2016-2017 - Deputy Head of Obukhiv District State Administration, 2017-2020 - Deputy Head of Boryspil District State Administration of Kyiv Region.
2020 -2022 - First Deputy Director of ME Kyivblahoustrii of the executive body of Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration).
From 20.05.2022 to 01.10.2024 - Deputy Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration.
On 01.10.2024, Serhii Biletskyi was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
