Announcement: Investment conference on the concession project at the port of Chornomorsk

As a result of an efficiency analysis, the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine has decided to implement a public-private partnership in the form of a concession for the First and Container Terminals at the Port of Chornomorsk and prepare for the concession tender. 

In order to familiarize potential investors with the project, the Ministry, in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), plans to hold an Investment Conference on April 24, 2025, in Warsaw, Poland.   

The conference is designed to present the Government’s vision for the development of the maritime port industry to the investor community. Representatives from IFC, EBRD, and consultants will provide detailed information about the concession project for the First and Container Terminals at the Port of Chornomorsk, including key terms and the tender process (competitive dialogue). Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarifications.
