The city of Irpin has already been restored by 80%, - Oleksii Kuleba
The Consultative and Diagnostic Center for the Adults, whose building was damaged in the spring of 2022 as a result of hostilities, has been restored in Irpin.

The premises suffered significant damage during hostilities as a result of russian armed aggression. Three direct hits were recorded, which caused the destruction of the building.
The opening of the medical facility was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine, Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksii Kuleba, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Ukraine Seymur Gurban oglu Mardaliyev, Head of the Kyiv Regional Administration Mykola Kalashnyk, representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, people's deputies of Ukraine, and international partners.

“Irpin is the city that suffered the most during the fighting in the spring of 2022. Today, the city has already been restored by 80%. This is the result of great joint work by the state, local communities, business and international partners. The scale of restoration includes residential buildings, medical institutions, educational infrastructure, cultural and sports facilities. One of these facilities is the restored Consultative and Diagnostic Polyclinic for the Adults. The restoration was made possible thanks to cooperation with the government of Azerbaijan and SOCAR. A new large shelter has also been built. The medical facility continues to be one of the key medical institutions in the community, and a new inpatient building is planned to be opened this year, which will expand the possibilities of medical care,” said Oleksii Kuleba.

During the restoration, the following works were performed: insulation of the facade and its complete renovation, arrangement of a shelter in the basement, roof repair, restoration of the ventilation system, installation of a modern fire alarm system, restoration of the central stained glass windows, installation of a new ramp and entrance to the building. The estimated cost of the works performed was UAH 60 million.
“I am grateful to the partner country of Azerbaijan for its consistent support and involvement in the reconstruction of the region. Together, a cultural center, a sports school, an arts center, and a residential complex are planned to be built in Irpen. These are important steps for the development of the community and the creation of new opportunities for residents. I am grateful to the team of the medical institution and personally to the chief physician Anton Dovgopol. In the most difficult times, he remained close to the people, organized assistance during hostilities, and supported the community under occupation. And today he continues to work for the community,” commented Oleksii Kuleba.
Participants also paid attention to the issue of expanding interregional cooperation.
